At this time we do not accept returns other than for lost or damaged parcels (please see below). We are reviewing our policy and will update it in the near future.

  • LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
  • In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via the e-mail address shown below within 7 days. After verification, the goods should be returned to us, together with any relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier. Upon return of the goods, a replacement will be sent and your postage costs refunded.
