RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not accept returns other than for lost or damaged parcels (please see below). We are reviewing our policy and may update it in the near future.

In exceptional cases, a return has to be agreed with us by email. In this case, the goods shall be returned in sealed condition at the address below. Upon receipt of goods, a refund will be issued less postage costs.  Please note, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. To ensure the return is not lost in the post, we suggest the buyer uses a tracked delivery method.
